Join Myself & Caroline Foster at the Yoga Den in East Linton for a morning of exploration of the ancient sciences. Our half day will begin with a yoga & breath work session led by Caroline to ground and balance the nervous system. I will then open up our circle time where we will explore the fundamentals of Ayurveda. We will cover the origins and basic concepts which underpin the world’s most ancient health care system and hopefully have time for some individual questions around the topics the group is most interested in. You will leave with some lifestyle and diet tips and a few new practices to introduce to your daily routines.
Ayurvedic Teas and Treats will be available after our yoga practice.
