I run residential wellbeing retreats designed around re-balancing & healing the mind, body and soul from the inside out. Infused in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, Yoga, plant medicine and time spent in nature, these retreats give you space to gently heal & renew in the safety of community. I choose venues very carefully to ensure tranquility, comfort and proximity to stunning landscapes. A typical day consists of morning Kundalini inspired yoga with medicinal cacao, long table brunch, free time or activities such as wild swimming, art workshop or Ayurvedic talk, massage, dinner & bedtime yoga with sound healing. There is always plenty of time for walking, baths or simply reading a book outdoors or by the fire.
