Meditation in Kundalini Yoga contains specific, practical tools that carefully and precisely support the mind and guide the body through the use of breath, mantra, Mudra and focus. The range and variety of meditation techniques in the kundalini yoga tradition is truly extraordinary. Specifically brought to us to help us through the Aquarian Age, known as the Age of Technology. These practices support all the systems in the body, particularly the central nervous system.
Our class will be quite challenging as we will do 11 minutes of pranayama followed by 11 minutes of meditation, but please don't be put off. You can join and just do your best, building to 11 minutes with each week we do together.
You will need: mat, blanket, water bottle. If you work with essential oils, please bring one along and a pencil and journal is always nice to have to hand.
