Yoga & Ayurvedic Brunch Line ups
I’ve now done a few of these beautiful Saturday morning brunches and they are just the best way to kick off the weekend. I’m holding them once a month and try to do one month for yoga newbies and the next for more experienced or enthusiastic yogis! We do a full 90 minute yoga session, which consists of warm up, pranayama, Kriya (an exact, dynamic combination of postures, breathing & sound), meditation and relaxation and then sit down for a nourishing, freshly prepared Ayurvedic Brunch.
